Franklin 5

A large and heavy combination of yellow Esperite, green Willemite, red/orange Calcite, and violet Hardystonite, shown under shortwave UV.  My largest Esperite piece, it has an interesting aesthetic quality of wavy patches of yellow against a dark background with a pattern of dots of Willemite and patches of Calcite.  The Hardystonite is mostly to be found on a smaller face, as shown in the lower picture.  Otherwise the Hardystonite is present but tends to look dim compared to the other minerals.  Dimensions are 4 x 3 1/2 x 2 inches.  Weight is 4 lbs 12 oz.  Price: $500
